Voucher Usage and Child Pricing:

• The voucher is valid only for the specified date.
• Children aged 4-10 years old are eligible for the child pricing.
• Children under 4 years old can join the program free of charge.
• As this is a group tour, please be patient in the event of unexpected delays in pick-up.
• Please ensure you are ready at your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

Pick-Up Arrangements:

• Complimentary pick-up service is available from hotels located within Pattaya City and Jomtien Beach areas.
• Visitors from Bangkok are responsible for arranging transportation to either a designated meeting point in the Sukhumvit Road area or to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya on Pattaya 3 Rd. (Please note that the fare for transportation to the chosen meeting point is payable by the visitor, and Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya will not cover transportation costs or reimburse expenses).
• Please note that we do not offer pick-up services from Airbnb accommodations, rental villas, or private houses. Visitors staying in these types of accommodations must arrange transportation to a designated meeting point in the Sukhumvit Road area or to the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary Pattaya on Pattaya 3 Rd.
